I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults. After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I was awarded my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Chicago Campus. I have considerable experience conducting psychotherapy with individuals presenting with various concerns, as well as extensive experience conducting psychological, psycho-educational, and neuropsychological evaluations. My therapeutic approach is best described as integrative, as I work to utilize the framework that I see as most helpful to each client with whom I work. I build upon a foundation of psychodynamic and attachment theory, along with aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and self-esteem building.
